Terry Jay Wallace, Sr. is a 100% disabled Marine Corps Veteran and a retired Federal Officer with over 30 years of honorable service to his country. Throughout his career, Jay earned a reputation for integrity, reliability, and leadership — qualities he brings into every part of his life and work.

For more than 25 years, Jay has also been a DJ and karaoke host, entertaining crowds across South Texas and helping people create unforgettable memories. Music, community, and bringing people together have always been at the heart of who he is.

After retiring from federal service, Jay wanted to stay active and continue serving his community in a positive way. That passion led to the creation of Jay Man Event Rentals, a local party and event rental business dedicated to providing quality equipment, dependable service, and a friendly, personal touch.

Jay takes pride in helping families, friends, and organizations celebrate life’s moments
